 The Silent Patient is the Debut Novel of Alex Michalides published back in 2019. It was a Major Success in a few months. It falls under the Psycological Thriller category. It won the Goodreads Choice Awards in 2019 in the Category of Mystery and Thriller.

The Whole Book can be Summed up in Two Lines, “After killing her Husband, Gabriel Berenson, The Wife, Alicia Berenson stays Silent for Six Years. Now, a Psychiatrist, Theo Faber, Intimated by this story goes to The Grove to help her and let her express her story.”

Before this Book was Published, Alex had worked on Two movies named The Devil You Know (2013) & The Con Is On (2018) both being an Incredible Storyline.

This Story has a Athenian Play “Alcestis” as the main mold for Shaping our Main Character Alicia Berenson. The main story is of a Doctor named Theo Faber who is a Psychiatrist and The Case of Alicia Berenson amazed him and led him to take a job at The Grove. Alicia was a renowned Painter and she killed her Husband Gabriel and didn’t speak for 6 straight Years. Now Theo joins The Grove only help her and finally She Spoke. How and Why Gabriel was killed was in the last pages of this 323 page books.
